Megan Kaluzny is the Property Services Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Rob Bellenfant, CEO of 615 Ventures. Megan is the primary communicator between tenants and the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors in new property ventures, and ensures that all parts of the company work together smoothly.
She is a Belmont University alumni with a background in Music Business and Commercial Music. Prior to her role at 615Ventures, Megan worked within TechnologyAdvice on administrative tasks, office management, and monthly event planning. Megan enjoys performing soul and jazz music in Nashville, traveling, spending time outside in nature, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
